At Vets Go Let’s Go, LLC, every item is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or style, or for change-of-mind purchases.
Please double-check sizing charts and order details before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:

A refund, depending on the situation
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Ordering the wrong item, color, or style

Minor color variations due to screen settings
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier service selected at checkout.
