Thank you for shopping with Vets Go Let's Go.

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is created specifically for your order, processing and shipping times may vary slightly.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you automatically.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delays

Vets Go Let's Go, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • High holiday shipping volume

  • Events outside of our control

We appreciate your patience during unexpected delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at check out. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to replace or refund the order. 

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, inventory availability, or fulfillment location. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.
